How is the whole ESCFAN ticket ballot working? Find out here, as well as details of where you can see it happen...

The long-awaited draw for the ESCFAN Ticket Ballot will be taking place on Saturday 28th October, scheduled as part of the next fanclub event held in Melbourne.

The event is scheduled from 4pm at the Umbrella Lounge Bar in Elsternwick, and will feature a Junior Eurovision theme, with the venue provided Georgian snacks to celebrate their first ever Eurovision-related hosting, as well as music from the winners of Junior Eurovisions past.

Entry to the event is free with snacks, however RSVP was required for catering numbers.

For the 2018 ballot, members have to be fully paid and primary members of ESCFAN, having joined before 15th September and had requested tickets prior to 30th September.  Such members have since been given a number in the draw which will be their ‘ball’ in the bingo style ballot.  The draw will therefore assign them their position in potentially securing a ticket for the sales later in the year.

The list of members in the ballot and their number can be found here:

The ballot draw will be starting at 5pm, and hosted by Danie Tregonning – our social media team leader, and also overseen by two pre-selected scrutineers.  All members of the ballot team are not featured in the draw to ensure further transparency.

For those who cannot attend, you can also watch the ballot draw live via a stream starting at 5pm AEDST (3pm Perth time) on our members-only Facebook.
