Australia’s Eurovision Top 100
As we continue to get closer to Eurovision 2024, we are excited to announce the return of Australia's Eurovision Top 100 for 2024, in collaboration with JOY 94.9.
This is your opportunity to vote for your all-time favourite entries from across the years of Eurovision, including entries from the 2023 edition (sorry, not the 2024 entries.. next year though!).
For the countdown to happen, we need your votes! Voting opens TODAY for Australia's Eurovision Top 100. It is open to any Australian citizens or residents, as well as OGAE Australia or JOY 94.9 members. Share the link below to Aussie friends and get them to vote for their favourites!
Voting closes at 8pm AEDT (7pm AEST, 7.30pm ACDT, 5pm AWST) Monday 25 March 2024.
The show will be broadcast on the Easter Monday public holiday (Monday 1 April 2024) on JOY 94.9FM, which can be streamed on their website www.joy.org.au.
We are incredibly grateful for the support of JOY 94.9 in running Australia's Eurovision Top 100 once again. JOY 94.9 is Australia's leading not for profit LGBTQIA+ media organisation, which is powered by 200+ volunteers and is aimed to represent the people, stories, news, music and lived experiences of Australia's LGBTQIA+ community and allies. In particular, you can listen to JOY Eurovision on Saturdays at 6pm AEDT, hosted by Michael, Io and guests!
We are also looking for OGAE Australia members who wish to volunteer to come on radio and help present the Top 100. If you want to give it a go, and can travel to the Victorian Pride Centre in St Kilda on the day, please contact the committee by email at info@escfan.com.au.
